Lamb Ribs

  • Aluminium Foil
  • Thermometer


  • Lamb Ribs rack
  • Your favourite lamb rub Butchers Axe Hunter or Greenwoods Treebark
  • Your favourite BBQ sauce Blues Hog Champions Blend or Swamp Boys BBQ Sauce


  • Preheat your pit to approximately 250F/120C.
  • Apply a coat of your favourite rub on the ribs.
  • Place ribs on indirect heat in your pit until the ribs reach an internal temp of 203F/95C.
  • Remove from pit and wrap in aluminium foil and rest in a prewarmed esky for 45 minutes.
  • Place ribs back in the smoker for 10 minutes and glaze twice over this time with your favourite BBQ sauce.
  • Cut into individual ribs and enjoy immediately.
