We understand there are times in which an item may need to be returned, and our goal is to make this as easy as possible.
Cairns BBQ Company will accept product returns and provide you with a refund or repair under the following conditions:
The product is faulty or is not of merchantable quality;
The product is not fit for purpose;
The product does not match the description;
You can present your Cairns BBQ Company receipt or other proof of purchase.
If the product is faulty, not of merchantable quality, not fit for purpose or not matching the description, Cairns BBQ Company will offer an exchange or refund.
Change of Mind returns
If you have changed your mind on your purchase, Cairns BBQ Company will gladly offer you an alternative product or credit (in the form of a gift card), provided that the returned item is:
Returned within 30 days of purchase at your own expense;
The product is unopened, in its original condition and packaging, complete with instruction manuals and all accessories.
If these requirements are not satisfied, Cairns BBQ Company reserve the right not to exchange products, issue a credit (in the form of a gift card) or refund for change of mind returns.
The delivery charges will only be reimbursed when Cairns BBQ Company is at fault; that is, if the wrong item is delivered to the customer or there is a fault with the product (including damaged in transit). In all other circumstances, including change of mind, the delivery charges will be deducted from the refund to the customer.

Refunds will be issued using your original payment method;
Refunds will not be provided for the purchase of gift cards;
Gift cards are not redeemable for cash;
Please return all accessories and manuals supplied with product.
